1. insufficient motor power, overhaul the motor;
2. serious wear and tear of the hammer blade, turn around and use or replace with a new hammer blade;

4. raw material moisture is too high, dry raw materials;
5. the size of the screen hole does not meet the requirements, replace the screen plate with the corresponding screen hole;
6. auxiliary suction dust collector bag clogging, clean or replace the bag;
7. low pore rate of sieve plate, choose the sieve plate with high pore rate.
