1. insufficient V-belt tension to actuate the speed control instrument, readjust the V-belt tension or check the pressure value on the hydraulic system pressure gauge, and if necessary, reset its pressure value (be careful when adjusting);
2. the speed control instrument parameters are not set reasonably, reset its parameters;
3. all parts of the V-belt are severely worn or broken, install a new set of V-belts, not just part of them;
4. the spindle is rotated due to overload or impurity stuck between the pressure roller and the ring die, the travel switch is disengaged, reset the spindle and the travel switch;
5. the hoop pressure is not enough, or the gate plate is stained with grease slippery, so that the spindle rotation, travel switch disengagement, reset the hoop oil pressure or clean the gate plate;
6. line failure, check the line.
